| Beef Jerky 3
1 seven bone roast
1/4 cup of liquid smoke
1 1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/2 cup of brown sugar
Slice roast very thin. Mix all ingredients together. Let meat stand in sauce for 5 minutes. Get oven warm then turn off and put strips in oven 24 to 48 hours. Let stand overnight. Reheat oven for a few minutes and turn off again until dried out. Or use a Dehydrator & follow manufactures instructions. |
