Goat Jerky

3 pounds of  lean goat meat
1 tablespoon of  seasoning salt
2 tablespoons of coarse ground black pepper
1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of  Wright's Natural Hickory Seasoning Smoke

Trim meat and soak 24 hours in a mixture of salt and water. Drain meat from water and marinate in the above mixture 1 to 2 hours. Smoke over hot mesquite coals about 8 hours.
