| Salmon Jerky
1 cup of beer 1 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of pepper 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon of soy sauce 1 teaspoon of garlic salt Tabasco sauce (optional)
Cut meat into desired size (chunks - strips). Allow to soak in brine for at least 1 hour. Cook in smoker (with the chips of your choice). Cook for a minimum of 6-8 hours, depending on meat size. Or use a Dehydrator & follow manufactures instructions. |
