| Apricot Honey Chicken Poupon 1/3 cup of Grey Poupon Honey Mustard 3 tablespoons of apricot preserves 1 teaspoon of ground ginger 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, about 1 pound Blend the mustard, apricot preserves and ginger. Brush some of the mustard mixture on chicken. Grill or broil chicken for 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until done, brushing with mustard mixture frequently. Makes 4 servings. |
