Preheat your oven to 425ºF. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Sauté the onion and celery for 5 minutes. Add the grapes, sherry, salt, and wild rice, blend well. Stuff the hen with wild rice stuffing. Tie legs to tail. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt. Place in center sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Wrap the foil around the hen tightly, using double folds to seal top and sides. Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Roast for 1 1/4 hours. Open the foil for the last 15 minutes of cooking time, to brown hen. Remove the hen from oven, discard foil and serve.
