1 can stewed tomatoes, drained & chopped 1 small onion, chopped 1 pound of Velveeta, cubed 1/2 pound of sharp Cheddar, cubed 1 (4 oz.) Ortega green Chilis, diced 1 jalapeno, diced 1 small can of sliced black olives 1 small can of mushrooms stems & pieces |

Sauté onions in oil until limp. Add chopped tomatoes. Cook until most of liquid is absorbed. Add remaining ingredients. heat until cheese is melted and hot. Serve with tortilla chips or French bread |
