| Guilt Free Turkey Gravy 4 tablespoons of cornstarch 4 tablespoons of water 4 cups of Turkey broth & defatted pan juices salt and pepper to taste In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch and water. In a large saucepan over medium heat, bring the turkey broth and pan juices to a boil. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and continue heating until the gravy is thickened.
