1 1/2 ounce of Gold Rum
3 teaspoons of Lime Juice
1 tablespoon of Jamaican Rum
1 tablespoon of Bacardi Light RumŽ
1 tablespoon of Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 teaspoon of Simple Syrup
1 teaspoon of 151 Proof Rum
1 Pineapple Stick |

Shake all ingredients over ice, except the high-proof rum, the pineapple stick and the sugar. Strain and add ice. Garnish with pineapple and a cherry. Float the high-proof rum at top and sprinkle a litter sugar over it. |
