Baked Yams with Cheese Sauce

4 Louisiana yams, baked
3 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 1/2 tablespoons of flour
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard
2 cups of Cheddar cheese

Melt butter or margarine; blend in flour. Gradually add milk and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened; add salt, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Cut baked yams open. Pour cheese sauce over yams. Serve immediately. Serving Size: 4
